Our delivery windows vary on time of the day and location. Please refer to the product details for estimated delivery times and tracking updates. You can also call your local New York Prince Street restaurant at (212) 966-4100 and we'll be happy to update!
Can I order by the slice?
You can order by the slice in-store. We only offer whole pies over the phone.
Do you have any advice on the storage and reheat of my favorite pizza?
The reheat is sometimes better! Pre-heat your oven to 425°F, once the temperature is reached, place your pizza on a baking tray in the top rack of the oven for 5—10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let pizza cool for 3 minutes until eating! Pizzas may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or freezer for up to 60 days.
